Xenomorph News: Mizuho Securities USA selects TimeScape
Cost reduction, regulations and the need for improved insight and control remain the key drivers affecting data management. They have shaped two key TimeScape product enhancements: the new workflow and application front ends for automated data cleansing and manual exception processing; and our new cloud-based platform for publishing, consuming and monetising financial markets data: TimeScape on Azure and TimeScape MarketPlace.
Read on to find out more about these initiatives and join us on 4th November as we participate in the Waters webinar to discuss the business benefits of cloud-based data management.
News in Brief
Mizuho Securities USA selects TimeScape
Mizuho Securities USA (MSUSA) has implemented Xenomorph TimeScape to replace its existing market and reference data platform on account of the greater data model flexibility, data cost savings and faster processing times which TimeScape affords the broker/dealer. Naj Alavi, Managing Director of Xenomorph Inc. commented: “TimeScape provides MSUSA with enhanced control of its data on a centralized platform and the means to easily visualize and extract business-critical data and it’s also a platform that will accommodate changes with ease.”
Xenomorph launches TimeScape MarketPlace, our cloud-based solution for publishing, consuming and monetising financial markets data and analytics.
TimeScape Marketplace enables users to access data wherever they choose through one set of cloud-based interfaces and it provides organizations wishing to sell data with the value-added data cleansing, validation and delivery tools they need.
Following the successful TimeScape MarketPlace launch events in New York and London we are planning to host similar events in Hong Kong and Singapore. If you or your colleagues are interested in participating in either of these events please email events@xenomorph.com and we’ll be in touch.
The TimeScape Data Validation Dashboard is released
Using industry-standard technology and tools such as Microsoft SharePoint, SSIS and SSRS, the TimeScape Data Validation dashboard provides a robust platform for firms to streamline and simplify their exception management processes and adhere to regulatory requirements. The use of visual tools enables data for any asset class to be validated and remediated using out-of-the-box and extensible rules, covering instrument, curve, surface and cube validations. Workflows can be configured to manage and control the validation of data points that are shared across multiple complex objects, such as curves and surfaces, and validated in the context of those objects. If any of the validations fail, those points can be rolled back and manual intervention employed to correct the data using four-eyes validation with full audit control.
