Xenomorph CEO Brian Sentance Named Top Financial Technologist by Institutional Investor
New York, London and Singapore – July 19, 2016 – Xenomorph Chief Executive Officer Brian Sentance has been named as one of the world’s top financial technologists by Institutional Investor. This is the second year running that Sentance has made the magazine’s Tech 50 hall of fame, validating the continued success of Xenomorph, the enterprise data management technology provider that he co-founded 21 years ago.
“The award reinforces Brian and Xenomorph’s ability to continue pushing the envelope in data management technology and the increasing importance that the financial industry is placing on enterprise data management,” said Naj Alavi, managing director Americas at Xenomorph.
This year Xenomorph expanded its big data capabilities by integrating its TimeScape EDM+ platform with NoSQL document database MongoDB. Previous developments have also seen Xenomorph launch a cloud-ready instance of its data management platform and a cloud-based analytics marketplace.
“I am deeply honored to be included in Institutional Investor’s Tech 50 list for another year,” said Sentance. “This distinction is just as much Xenomorph’s as it is mine. The developments we’ve made to our business make us a true leader in enterprise data management and I am thrilled to lead Xenomorph’s strong team in facilitating innovation in our industry.”
The Institutional Investor Tech 50 is a highly competitive ranking that honors leading technologists in the financial industry who are able to develop better, faster and more affordable technology services.
