TimeScape Desktop Applications
TimeScape comes with a rich set of desktop products as standard which include:
- TimeScape Workbench - main end-user desktop application for TimeScape providing a variety of tools for data viewing, validation, administration, etc.
- TimeScape for Office - set of tools and add-in functions for Microsoft Excel that provide full access to TimeScape functionality from Excel workbooks
- Data Download Utilities - a set of tools for defining and running reference data and time-series capture from configured data feeds (Reuters, Bloomberg)
TimeScape Workbench
Workbench is an add-in based, Outlook-style application which currently includes the following tools:
- Administration - database and user/security management
- Data View - data viewing, editing and charting
- Basket Builder - time-varying basket definition, storage and analysis
- Curve Management - curve/spread curve definition, storage and analysis
- Data Validation - data validation and approval
- File Export - file export definition management
- History Builder - instrument proxy history creation and storage
- Holiday Management - exchange and country-based holiday calendar management
- Instrument Pricing - instrument and yield curves pricing at any point in time
- Tick Capture - tick capture task definition, storage and execution
