Johnson Xenomorphs into CEO Role
Xenomorph is pleased to announce the appointment of Greg Johnson to the role of Chief Executive Officer. Johnson joined Xenomorph in 2003 as Sales & Marketing Director before being promoted to COO last year. Former CEO and co-founder Brian Sentance has become marketing director for Xenomorph.
The four founders and joint majority shareholders of Xenomorph decided upon this change in roles, with a view to making best use of the skills present in Xenomorph's expanding management team. Sentance says "It has been great working with Greg over the past few years and I believe that our change in roles will strengthen the company commercially, enabling us both to play to our strengths."
As a result of the change, Johnson will take on the strategic commercial management of Xenomorph, with Sentance taking more of an evangelist role for Xenomorph's technology and solutions. Johnson says "The analysis of large volume real-time, historic and derived data is of ever-increasing interest to all market practitioners, and as such it is a great time to be involved in setting the strategic direction of Xenomorph."
The announcement will be made at the SIA 2006 Technology Management Conference, where Xenomorph will be showcasing their new SpreadSheet Inside technology, announcing support for Terabyte sized databases of tick data with TimeScape and a new implied volatility surface analysis module. Kind regards
Xenomorph
